I came in for what turned out to be my 3rd oil change in a year. I was billed almost 100$ for it. When I purchased the truck, I was under the impression that all oil changes were free. That is my misunderstanding. However, when I scheduled the oil change having the service tech person let me know that the service was going to be charged upfront as a reminder feels like the best practice. Then I could have been fully informed. It is not the end of the world, but I was legit ticked off. To be honest, still am. The team at the dealership are very nice, from Mike in sales that sold me the truck to the service guys - just felt very blindsided.

We chose your dealership because of how your salesman treated my elderly uncle last year when he came to purchase a new vehicle. Chance Robertson was very professional and extremely patient with my uncle during his buying process. I know how difficult it can be dealing with my uncle and Chance did a phenomenal job! My husband and I were extremely grateful for all his hard work. It is because of Chance, that we naturally chose to do business with your dealership again.

Oil change on my 2019 Crew Cab Chevy went great and in a reasonable amount of time. A couple days later I had other high mileage service done which was efficiently done.

The whole team was incredible, especially Chance Robertson. I didn't have the best credit activity but I got a great vehicle for nothing down and with no trade in.

It took much longer than usual to just change oil and rotate tires. Hour and 45 minutes.Also it’s been frustrating that this dealership has not been given equipment to fix the warranty on a $70,000 + truck I bought brand new that has engine failure warranty for over a year and still not been checked.

The service department is excellent in my opinion. Nothing but trouble from my in-dash screen since the beginning. This time they were unable to create my problem so it definitely was not their fault they are always extremely helpful. Unfortunately it still acts up. Only one of four texts went through in one day. Not the service departments fault since they were unable to recreate. Was hoping it could be figured out since my bumper to bumper warranty is about to expire. Again, this is no fault of Brandon or anyone else. They are 5 star in my opinion.

It was awesome experience would not change anything

Quick. Needed to replace the air filter and cabin filter, which wasn't expected but seemed to be needed from what they showed me. I like being able to schedule online now.

I get treated like anybody e to see and what gets fixed is my decision and if anything e to see should be fixed it is listed on your copies of the invoice so you can prioritize them. Also everything that was done is very explicit on the invoices. Good communication. I have always had good experiences there

Everyone is so helpful & courtesy. Brain always let's me know about what car needs , breaks everything down & explains why. But never does more than we agree on. Some people say dealership charge more for things. But for an oil change it's the same amount as one of those quickie places. I purchased my equinox for Tommy Nix and it has been wonderful.

My ac is working great now. The only issue i have with my visit is that I made my appointment a week in advance, came in on time but my car wasnt put in for diagnostic until hours after my appointment time. Then, it was kept overnight. So service was great but the appointment time was really more of a drop off time.

Came in for routine oil change, my vehicle was completed ahead of schedule and the service man assisted me with a $5.00 off coupon

The service advisor wasn't friendly, I waited and minute or two for him to quit looking at his phone before being helped. Never had this problem before.

Oil change was fairly quick. However, I didn't understand why they took my cabin air filter out? The car said it was at 85%, so I was surprised when I walked out for some air and saw someone taking out the cabin air filter. I asked what he was doing and he said putting it back in. Also he left the passenger side seat laying all the way back. Weird things the last two times I have gotten my oil changed there.

He kept me updated with the process and was able to work with the extended warranty insurance company to get quick payment. It was a much easier process than I anticipated. The diagnostic team found out what was wrong and was able to get me back on the road quickly. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received.
